The Role: Team Leader – Lawn Care & Operations
This position plays a key role in daily field operations. After training, you’ll help lead jobs, support crew members,
and ensure work meets TrimLawn Organics standards. You’ll represent the company professionally while helping jobs run smoothly and efficiently.
Field Leadership & Quality
Lead daily lawn care and landscaping work
Ensure jobs meet company quality standards
Review completed work and address issues promptly
Support crew members in the field
Problem Solving & Decision-Making
Handle common equipment and job-site situations
Make thoughtful, values-aligned decisions
Communicate clearly with ownership when needed
Client Interaction
Represent TrimLawn Organics professionally
Communicate calmly and clearly with clients
Handle requests with discretion
Escalate concerns appropriately
Professional Standards
